When you surrender and trust, the right messenger comes along – and sometimes they grace your life even when you don’t expect them to!
I recently had an opportunity to visit SnowFlake Healing in Willow Springs to further support my healing journey. In all honesty, having visited several healers in the last few months, and having gone through a great deal of emotional, spiritual, and physical healing processes, I was not too excited about visiting this newly opened shop. Was I in for a surprise! In retrospect, I can say that I am deeply grateful for the experience that I had there, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking the healing that comes from the wisdom of the ages, in a new and intimate setting!
As I pulled into the parking lot of this newly developed area, I was immediately flooded with a feeling of positive energy. I looked at the exterior of the shop, and as I entered, I got an instant sense that the shop would be a great success. I received a warm welcome at the door by Pam’s husband and co-proprietor, Joe Ziolkowski, and upon entering I met with several of their lightworkers and healing staff, including one of my favorite intuitive healers, RoseWolf. The energy that emanated from this magical new venue was palpable. I felt that it was supported by the most potent and mighty spiritual masters.
SnowFlake’s proprietor, Pam Ziolkowski opened the shop on October 1, 2016. One of the first questions I asked her was “Why did you call it SnowFlake?” She explained that she named it after her grandmother, Snowflake Hutchens, a very spiritually evolved woman whom she dearly loved and respected. Pam brings a lot of delicious options to the spiritual development table. She has a great deal of knowledge in world religions and their histories, having studied them for over 20 years. Her metaphysical shop honors all traditions, and embraces a large variety of healing modalities.

When I asked Pam about their mission, she responded that she desired it to be “A place where people can heal and be healed.” The shop offers a plethora of classes in a variety of traditions – Reiki, Tarot Cards, Runes readings, Kabbalah, and Tree of Life teachings, just to name a few. Classes are posted on a variety of social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Plus. They also sell a wide variety of spiritual and personal growth support products; everything from books, soy candles, herbs and essential oils, to room sprays, crystals, and stones.

I received two healing sessions at the shop – both of which were equally exceptional. The first was a Reiki treatment by Michael Whitcomb. When I first saw Michael, I was struck by his huge effervescence, exuberance, passion, and zest for life. In retrospect, I wish that I had recorded our session, as he provided me with a massive amount of pertinent information. That being said, I trust that it’s all stored in my subconscious, and that I heard and felt what I needed to. What was most remarkable was how much he covered in the short time that we were together. He was a whirlwind of healing energy, and I have no doubt that I received potent healing on many levels. He touched on issues that my loved ones were having, and he amazed me as he spoke very directly about specific situations and issues that I was experiencing. Michael is a healing tour de force. On top of providing healing sessions, he also provides Reiki instruction at the shop. I have no doubt that his classes are as dynamic and powerful as his healing sessions are.

My second session was a Runes Stone reading with proprietor, Pam Ziolkowski. After my frustration with not recording Michael’s session, I was wise enough to take out my cellphone and record my session with Pam. My experience with her was profound as well. Even now, as I reflect on the session, I am filled with tears of hope, joy, and gratitude for the insights and guidance she provided me. She spoke on everything from my career path to emotional blocks I was having. While she emphasized that some of the transitions were not going to be easy, she assured me that they would be wonderful, and more in alignment with my life’s purpose. She referenced particular callings that I have been blocking, and how I needed to act upon them in the new year.

I believe that life so often brings us human angels – spiritual superheroes. Pam, Michael, and the SnowFlake Healing team were just that – celestial messengers that I needed. In several instances, both Pam and Michael touched on the same issues. This was highly affirming, and emphasized my need to listen to the whispering that our benevolent universe brings my way. As I enter into this new year, I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to visit places like SnowFlake Healing. I have so often been graced with wonderful healing treatments from lightworkers throughout the Chicagoland area. I look forward to gratefully and humbly heeding the life-changing advice I received from team SnowFlake, as I journey further along my blessed life’s path in the year to come.
