Two Day Meditation Retreat: 9am-3pm. This retreat is special because of different focuses among the two days, as follows: Day One: Saturday will feature Dharma on a wider scope of mindfulness, with a connection to health and wellness. Day Two: Sunday will go into discussion on Buddhism and it’s relation to meditation. Venerable Pasura from Washington D.C. will be the teaching monk for this event and he is ready to share his wisdom with you! Location: The Meditation Center of Chicago 5849 N.
