COMMON GROUND: DREAMS, HEALING & THE SELF, WITH KENNETH JAMES. Participants will consider ways to move from dreams to a deeper understanding of individual suffering, spiritual sustenance, and continuous healing by deepening the relationship to what Jung call the Self, the source and destiny of each life. Symbols in dreams are resources from the deep unconscious, the Self, offered to our working identity, our Ego complex. Ways to remember dreams and examples of how to work with dream imagery in waking life will be covered. 7-9 pm, Thursday, February 11 at the Chicago Temple Bldg, 2nd floor, 77 W. Washington (at Clark), Chicago. $10 fee, payable to Common Ground. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Co-sponsored by the Swedenborg Library.
