Breathwork is a tool for transformation, and a potent and empowering reminder of our own inner teachers. Connect to your higher self through consistent breathing, and access altered state of consciousness. In this trance-like state, we open our subconscious mind, and are free to explore what comes up, free to express what needs to be RELEASED, and to unite wholeheartedly to our divine nature. Participants are guided to follow their intuition and breath to connect deeply with their inner wisdom; often receiving clarity, connection, joy, and a deeper understanding of their path.
