Restorative Yoga with Vibrational Sound

During this program, we will work together on balancing our chakras or energy centers of the body with restorative yoga poses. Each pose will be held with support (some props will be available, but feel free to bring your own bolster, blankets, blocks, pillows and mats). As we hold each pose, corresponding crystal singing bowls will be played to support that specific chakra with the realignment of its own unique vibrational frequency. This combined experience of yoga, vibrational sound healing and meditation, will assist you in feeling centered, balanced, relaxed, reenergized, reawakened, and rejuvenated.
