In this experiential class, you will learn about the best essential oils to enhance your intentions, relieve day-to-day tensions, rejuvenate the senses, uplift the spirit, and maintain a healthy outlook on life. We will cover how to customize and use essential oils safely; focusing on learning the holistic values of the most popular essential oils, and how they can maintain healthy structure function of the body and its energy. This class is beneficial for learning how to use essential oils in your personal life, with friends, family, and/or to incorporate in your professional practice. This fun, hands-on workshop is designed to teach you everything you want to know about using Essential Oils. Participants will create their own Essential Oil Spritzer in a glass bottle to take home. This class is open to the public and professionals. This class is approved by the NCBTMB, and qualifies for 6 CEUs. This is a prerequisite for taking Raindrop Technique class offered the next day.

Breathwork Journey

Breathwork is a tool for transformation, and a potent and empowering reminder of our own inner teachers. Connect to your higher self through consistent breathing, and access altered states of consciousness. In this trance-like state, we open our subconscious mind, and are free to explore what comes up, free to express what needs to be RELEASED, and to unite wholeheartedly to our divine nature. Participants are guided to follow their intuition and breath to connect deeply with their inner wisdom; often receiving clarity, connection, joy, and a deeper understanding of their path. This experiential workshop includes:
- Breath education and techniques
- Intentions setting and connection
- Breathwork Journey with guided visualization, music, scent, and touch to create a sensory experience
- Final art processing and integration
