Angels have been with us since the beginning of time and are always assisting humanity in global as well as personal situations. They are ever joyful, loving, wise and at times rather pushy in helping you to live your dreams for that is their purpose; helping you to embrace life. Angels are pure bundles of energetic love that is directed towards each and every person that walks the earth.
Including you.
However, as you well know, life can get very busy, chaotic even and it’s in those moments we not only forget to call on the angels for help, we don’t sit still long enough to ‘hear’ their answers, let alone act upon them. The key to all of this is to go into the stillness of the heart and embrace the angel’s wisdom. While this may seem impossible, it is much easier to accomplish than you may think.
It can be as simple as placing your hands over your heart. When your hands are in this location, the world falls away, the annoying thoughts cease to matter and you connect with you. Why is this?
Your heart is the birthplace of your soul.
While in this position, breathe in slowly for four counts. Hold for four counts. Exhale for four counts. Repeat until you feel centered. Your body will relax and the tension will leave. Your mind will soften. Your breathing and heart rate will slow. Now is the perfect time to ask your question(s) to the angels. If you are new to this, start with more simple questions. Ones such as:
- Where are my keys?
- What is your name?
- and so on
As you get more comfortable with the angel’s energy and their presence in your world, you can then call on them for a variety of things; from the perfect parking spot, to catching the train, plane and/or bus, to the more important; finding your soulmate, perfect job, and home. I promise they answer. It may not be in the form you expect, but that is the fun in it all.
Angels are of light and therefore will never tell you anything bad or demeaning. They may warn you; ’Don’t go down that dark alley.’ but will NEVER tell you are stupid, unworthy or undeserving. They are here to uplift you and remind you of how fantastic you are and will do anything to help you achieve your goals, no matter how lofty they may seem from a human viewpoint.
Their answers are as varied as are the people of the earth. The answers may come as a feeling, knowing or literally hearing them speak. These types of responses will offer a sense of expansion and joy while using words beyond your normal vocabulary and vernacular. This is a great confirmation that your answers are from them and you are not making ‘this crap up’.
Another favorite way for the angels to answer you is through feathers. Many clients and customers will see a white feather falling from the sky and often find them in the most obscure places. What a gift from the angels!
Numbers are another lovely way the angels respond to your questions. The number ‘four’ has long been associated to the angelic realm. Therefore, when you see the time, 4:44, take the rest of that moment and focus on gratitude. The essence of gratitude will raise your awareness to all that is being presented to you allowing you to receive all.
These are but a few of the many ways angels relay their messages. To be able to readily receive them is a lesson in becoming more aware of your surroundings which enables you to be present with life, embrace all that is offered and of course listen to more actively. It is in the stillness of the heart that horizons begin to open. Remember, angels ARE ever present in your world. You simply must ask and be still to be inspired.
