February is a time of belief and hope. We’re on the last steps of winter (we hope!), and we are cultivating the areas in our lives that will be the placeholders for the new seeds that will be planted in our gardens. February 8th gives us that first indication of what awaits us with the new Moon in Aquarius. New people, innovative ideas, and a new sense of security are what are on the horizon. The full Moon in Virgo has us looking at what worked and what didn’t work in the past. This allows us to exercise our superhero powers. Miraculously, we are able to see trouble before it comes around the corner. By the way, this is the best superpower to have. Mercury will be out of its shadow in the second half of the month, and will have us traversing new territory. Venus will be happy about this because she is all about having a good time. If there is one thing that Venus knows, it would be this; you can’t have fun in the past. If you ever thought that a leopard couldn’t change its spots, think again. Uranus, the chaos maker will transform into “innovator motivator,” and will have the blessing of Father Time, Saturn. Yep, I know! It’s crazy when you think that what couldn’t happen actually happens. Welcome to February 2016!

Everything is changing and it’s for the better. Last month you did a deep dive analysis of the dos and don’ts of the past. Be grateful that you are able to start out the month of February from a place of power and knowledge, rather than from a place of confusion. Just remember today is not yesterday. The Moon is leaving Scorpio, yet not before it does an emotional check-in with Jupiter and the North Node. It’s easy to know where you’re going, once you know where you’ve been. Everyone says that, but no one actually remembers. So make sure you remember how far you’ve come, even if no one else does. Now that you’ve checked in…get moving! Moon VoC until 9:50 AM.
Wednesday, February 3
As the Moon gets comfortable in Sagittarius, nostalgia sets in. A reminder or two could trigger feelings. If left untamed, those feelings could have you looking backwards instead of forward. Remember, you can’t reconstruct the past, yet you can build the future.
Thursday, February 4
What you used to love was great, but remember it’s what you used to love, and may not be what you love now. Find new ways to be inspired, and have faith that you are heading in the right direction. Moon VoC from 4:04 AM until 6:45 PM.
Friday, February 5
As the Moon enters Capricorn it is prepared to meet up with three wise planets that have been huddled in conversation for quite some time. Pluto, Mercury, and Venus are all making sure that Uranus, the chaos maker, has indeed turned over a new leaf. As a reminder, chaos is another name for innovation.
Saturday, February 6
Communication might pick up as Mercury finds itself in the same position that it was on January 21st and 22nd. It’s the first time that your emotions haven’t completely ruled your thoughts. Therefore, it could be a good day to have a conversation about your intentions, even if you’re the only person in the room. Moon VoC 9:54 AM until 12:00 AM.
Sunday, February 7
The Moon enters Aquarius today, and that could bring on a feeling of knowing. Somehow you just know what it is that you want to accomplish, and where it is that you want to go. It feels good to finally have that sense of belonging that you’ve been craving. For the record, you’ve always known what you wanted; you just needed a little extra time to go over the play-by-play. As the old saying goes, good things come to those who wait.

As the new Moon makes its arrival at 8:40 AM CST in Aquarius, it’s accompanied by the Moon Void of Course (VoC). This could feel a little ominous, because one of these events wants you to set new intentions while the other wants you to wait. The Moon and the Sun are in a tense angle to Mars, which could indicate an unexpected option that shows up at the table. With that said, it might be best to wait until tomorrow to set those new intentions.

The Moon and the Sun are moving further away from one another. With that said, it doesn’t mean that they aren’t still trying to set intentions even they contradict. The discoveries of a few days ago still apply, so don’t get all freaked out and change course. As a gentle reminder chaos often shows up as innovation and vice versa. Moon VoC until 2:32 PM.

Today is one of those days when everyone has switched sides. With the Moon in Pisces shining a reflective light on the past, you might see things a little differently than you previously had. It’s similar to those times when you watch the same movie repeatedly, only to discover something that you hadn’t seen during the first viewing. That little nugget of information may or may not have an impact on the outcome. However, what is interesting is that you didn’t see that little nugget the first time. Wishing you’d reacted differently to a past event doesn’t make the outcome any different. You can’t undo the past but you can learn from it. Friday, February 12
The Moon is in Aries, and your emotions are in check. You’ve put the past behind you and are running, not walking, towards a new innovative approach that could have you changing how you build and communicate love. The harsh reality of failed attempts at stability have proven to be a motivating factor in how you approach the next phase of your life. Love smarter, not harder.

Today could be one of those days when you try and keep a stiff upper lip. It’s a Saturday night and you might not feel like celebrating. With that said, do yourself a favor and find something to be happy about. Learning lessons and taking “life” tests is a grueling task, and no one gets an A+ the first time around, so be happy that you passed, and that you can now move on to the next great learning experience. The Moon has found a happy spot in Taurus. You are finally able to protect yourself and your values. Venus is in a lovely aspect to the planet of luck and abundance. Although Jupiter is retrograde it is still providing a whole lot of internal love and light that is shooting an arrow directly at your heart. Throw your arms up into the air, then wrap them tightly around your body. It feels good to get that big hug that you know you deserve!

Mercury is finally out of its shadow period, and it’s about time. You’ll be covering new ground for the next few months, which will allow you to communicate to groups with a newly discovered level of confidence. Let’s call today T-Square Tuesday. The same energy that had you flexing your confidence muscle is back at it again today. This time Neptune is getting involved, and has you visualizing a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Make sure to allow yourself the space to get excited about opportunities, because those lessons that you’ve recently learned could come in handy right about now.

The Moon is still in Gemini, and could have you on a communication high. Without the square to the Sun or Neptune, it’s just you and Saturn in a faceoff, and he wants you to hold back on all of the chattering. It’s time to start taking care of the tasks at hand. The Moon is at home in Cancer, and is in harmony with the Sun and Neptune. Aren’t you glad that you listened to Saturn yesterday and started tackling those tasks? With a little effort on your part there is a real opportunity to make something amazing come to fruition.

Wowza! 3 T-Squares in the same week, and this one comes with a dose of innovative Uranus. Looks like you are nurturing the right opportunities. Keep in mind that these aren’t just little opportunities like the kind you find in a fortune cookie, yet are life-changing ones that you find at the end of the Yellow Brick Road. The Moon is in Leo, and wants to keep a good thing going. On the other hand, Venus and Mercury want to go out on the town, and share some of this good news. Maybe there’s a way to do a little bit of both, just don’t overdo it in either direction.

Aren’t you glad you didn’t overdo things yesterday? Today is a Grand Fire Trine day, and everything is falling into place. The Full Moon at 12:20 PM CST in Virgo could have you deep in thought wondering what needs to go, and what needs to stay. Think back to August 2015, and that will give you a good indication of what didn’t work. Way to go! You made it through the Full Moon, and you were able to maintain stability. Not only was it easy but it was a no-brainer. It’s like you had x-ray vision, and could see right through the pretense. Your superhero powers are finally in working order! Go Go Gadget!

The Moon is still in Virgo, and is having a deep conversation with the North Node and Jupiter RX. The last time this conversation occurred was on January 28th, where the emphasis was centered on forward movement and communication. This time it’s centered on the promotion of change, the types of change that create stability. Moon VoC 8:23 AM until 4:42 PM.
Thursday, February 25
The Moon is in Libra, and is having a lovely conversation with Venus. The two are talking about all of the amazing things that have occurred. Mercury is of course tooting its own horn. Yeah…ok. Maybe we can be thankful for that retrograde that got everyone marching in the same direction, wink, wink.
Friday, February 26
Now is not the time to be sentimental, it’s time to move it! Opportunity doesn’t wait just because you’re not ready. Sometimes the only way to get ready is to be ready. So you’re ready, right?! Moon VoC 5:19 AM until tomorrow morning.
Saturday, February 27
What are you ready for? If you don’t know the answer, then today will give you a good indication. FYI, You’re ready to start going after what it is that you desire. This movement is all about creating a new you, and not about changing yourself to fit the ideologies of others. You’ve tried that in the past, and it didn’t quite work, so why not give this new thing a shot? Moon VoC until 5:27 AM.

The Moon is in Scorpio, and you could be feeling a little moody. If you are, then snap out of it. It’s ok to do a deep emotional dive every once in a while. Just don’t get stuck down there at the bottom of the pool. Swim your way back up to the top, because that’s where the sunlight and your source of strength reside.

It’s the last day of the month, and the sky looks a little turbulent. In actuality all of those squares are making you focus even harder. That’s a good thing.
