Join Inner Sense Healing Arts Collective and Perfect Nights for A Winter Night Open Mic Fundraiser at JV Studios Saturday, December 2, 7-10:30pm. Open Mic sign-up starts at 7pm with performances beginning at 8pm. Chair Massages and Tarot Readings will be offered from 7-9pm.

Special Seated Pose Extended Gong Bath

Kids Spirit Camp Introduction Workshop at Soderworld

“Spirit of Giving” Kindness Project

Monday, Dec. 18, 2017 from 6 – 8 p.m.

Let your child explore their spirit at our sanctuary that gives kids a fun and safe environment to practice the foundations of Spirituality. Yoga, Breathwork & Dance with Marie Zubinski & Christie Trksak; Healing Hands, Healthy Hearts with Shannon Chada & Barb Cassidy; and Art & Mindfulness Meditation with Jen Skeffington & Misty Soderholm.

Our purpose is to help build strength, balance, flexibility, peace of mind, creativity, self-love and confidence in our kids. Workshop includes a Salt Cave session and the creating of affirmation crafts to take home and to give. Ages 5 -12 years and parents can drop and shop or receive a service at SoderWorld for 10% off.

Chicago City Council Calls on Residents to Donate Blood

The American Red Cross urges eligible donors to give more life by donating blood this holiday season…it’s one of the greatest gifts you could give. By keeping shelves stocked, they can continue to meet the needs of patients right here in our area. Each day, the Red Cross must collect nearly 14,000 blood donations to meet the needs of patients at approximately 2,600 hospitals across the country.
